Kev joined the team in the early part of 2016 having left his position as sous chef near his home town of Wilmslow. He started out as Gary’s K.P over 10 years ago and has followed him ever since!! Having worked his way up to a very recognisable sous chef and with his work hard ethic and with his passion for what he does best, this has resulted in him being a valued member of the culinary team. Some say due his strawberry blond hair, he is the son of Gary but you can make your own minds up on that one !!!
