Dan joined the team when he was a wee lad 6 years ago, he then left to concentrate on his GCSE’s and thankfully came back to us once again two years ago.
You will see Dan ( not that you can miss him at 6’5″ tall) mainly at weekends and shaking his stuff behind the bar as one of our trained mixologist cocktail makers.
His passion is going to the gym as he is training to be a personal trainer but thankfully wants to remain here as part of our team.
