All the way from the lovely Emerald Isle, Brid joins our team as our new restaurant manager. Having ran a similar style eatery in Letterkenny in County Donegal, she’s up’d sticks and moved to leafy Monton ( don’t ask us why !!) to be nearer to the love of her life Mike. Brid love the craic as they say but for your sake don’t ask her to say ‘top of the morning’ you may get a reply in Gaelic but it wont be good. Welcome aboard Brid to team Waterside.
