Gift voucher terms & conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note: all unused balances expire after this timeframe and cannot be redeemed, extended or refunded.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the voucher hasn’t been redeemed, you have the right to cancel and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To cancel within this period, please contact us with your order details.
Vouchers can be used for full payment against food and drink bills. No remaining balances will be allowed to roll over, and no cash alternatives or change will be given.
Gift vouchers are treated as cash. Once issued, a voucher cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or damaged, so please keep it safe.
